utilitech provides free, browser-based developer utilities. We may add, change or remove tools at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use utilitech to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• commit fraud or impersonation — for example, using mock Thai citizen ID numbers as if they were real identities (they are for software testing only);
• attack, overload or disrupt the website or its infrastructure;
• copy or republish the website itself as your own service.

3. Your content

Content you process with our tools stays on your device and remains yours. You are responsible for the content you use and for keeping your own secrets, keys and passwords safe.

4. No warranty

The tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make them accurate, we do not guarantee that results are correct, complete or suitable for any particular purpose. Always verify important output — such as cryptographic results, converted documents or generated names — before relying on it in production.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, utilitech and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the website or its tools.

6. Third-party services

The website uses third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google AdSense and Buy Me a Coffee, and some tools can load content from other websites that you choose (for example images in the HTML/CSS renderer). Those services are governed by their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

The utilitech name, logo, design and code are owned by utilitech. You may freely use the output you create with our tools.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
