Checksum algorithm

A Thai ID has 13 digits. Multiply digits 1–12 by weights 13 down to 2, sum them, and the check digit is (11 − sum mod 11) mod 10. Digit 1 is the person category, digits 2–3 the province code.

For testing only. Numbers are random and checksum-valid; they may coincide with real IDs and must never be used to impersonate anyone.
